How WIMSS Works: 4 Simple Steps to Full Control
Step 1. Tagging
What we do: A passive RAIN RFID tag is adhered or screwed onto every asset (tool, pallet, block, spool).
Key Feature: The tags are battery-free, inexpensive, and last for decades.
We select the specific tags based on the client’s needs and environmental conditions (e.g., metal, high temperature, moisture).
Step 2. Scanning
What we do: You use a mobile reader (gateway) hand-held or installed on your existing vehicles: forklift, work van, or drone.
Key Feature: As the machinery moves around the site, it automatically “sees” all tags within a 10–15 meter radius. You don’t need to stop or manually scan each item—inventory is done in the background.
Step 3. Sending Data to Cloud
What we do: The collected and processed information (tag ID, location, and timestamp) is instantly and securely transmitted to the central server via an available network (4G/5G or Wi-Fi).
Key Feature: Data is enriched in real-time by linking the asset status to its last known geographical point, providing an accurate, time-stamped record of movement.
Step 4. Visualization & Monitoring
